Using Keyboard Shortcuts

Here's a quick buttons are taken from the application of Microsoft Word 2003, so for those of you who use Microsoft Word in the Word 2003 or Word 2007, there may be some shortcut keys that are not suitable usage. However, you will not be disappointed, since most of the fast is valid in all versions of Word Microsoft.

A. Documents relating to
        CTRL + N: Create a new document
        CTRL + O: Open a document
        CTRL + S: Save the document being opened / edited
        CTRL + W: Close the document. If the document is saved
, a dialog box will appear asking if you want to save the document or not
         CTRL + ALT + S: Divide (split) of the document window into two parts. After typing CTRL + ALT + S, click on the desired position
        ALT + SHIFT + C: Closing the back window of the document which has been divided in two parts / Split (CTRL + ALT + S)
        CTRL + ALT + P: Change the document to Print Layout view. View the menu View
        CTRL + ALT + O: Change the document view to outline view. View the menu View
        CTRL + ALT + N: Change the document view to Normal view. View the menu View
        ALT + L: Change the look of a document into view Reading. View the menu View

B. Documents related to the search
        CTRL + F: Search for text or other special objects in the document
        CTRL + ALT + Y: Continuing the search CTRL + F search dialog box is closed after
        CTRL + H: Looking for a specific text in the document and then overwrite / replace it with another text
        CTRL + G: a short way to go to a page, bookmark, footnote, table, comment (comment), image, or to other specific locations.
        CTRL + ALT + Z: Move to another document, or to other parts of the document, or by email between the edited document in MS Word.
        The direction / arrow keys (← ↑ → ↓): Moves the cursor in the direction of the arrow
        PAGE UP or PAGE DOWN: Move to the upper limit or lower limit to the page that is displayed on the monitor
        CTRL + ALT + PAGE UP: Move to the beginning of the display on the monitor
        CTRL + ALT + PAGE DOWN: Move to the end of the display on the monitor
        CTRL + HOME: Move to beginning of document
        CTRL + END: Move to the end of the document
        HOME: Move to the start line
        END: Move to end of line

1. Associated with the process of printing a document
        CTRL + P: Print the document (open the Print dialog box)
        CTRL + ALT + I or CTRL + F2: Move to display the print preview or on the contrary to standard view
        The direction / arrow keys (← ↑ → ↓): Move to a specific page in the direction of the arrow in the print preview display
        PAGE UP or PAGE DOWN: Move to the previous or next page in the print preview display
        CTRL + HOME: Move to the first page in the print preview display
        CTRL + END: Move to the last page in the print preview display

2. Associated with the process of editing the document
        ALT + CTRL + F: Adding a footnote
        CTRL + ALT + D: Add end notes
        BACKSPACE: Delete one character to the left
        CTRL + BACKSPACE: Delete one word to the left
        DELETE: Deletes one character to the right
        CTRL + DELETE: Delete one word to the right•
        CTRL + X: Cut: Getting the text / image
        CTRL + C: Copy: duplicate text / image
        CTRL + C, C: Raising a list of texts that have been copied or cut
        F2: Move text or images, by selecting the text that will be transferred first, and then press F2, then click on the position where the text is moved, then press ENTER
        CTRL + V: Paste: paste text / images that have been cut or copied.

3. Associated with inserting symbol
        CTRL + F9: Make a field
        SHIFT + ENTER: Create a new row
        CTRL + ENTER: Create a new page
    CTRL + SHIFT + ENTER: Create the new document. The new part is not continued from previous page, so page numbers can be started from a new, CTRL + SHIFT + SPACEBAR: Creating a space that can not be separated. That is as if the two words that are in between these spaces remain in a single row
        CTRL + ALT + C: Copyright symbol (©)
        CTRL + ALT + R: Registered Trademark symbol (®)
        CTRL + ALT + T: Trademark symbol (™)
        "code symbols", ALT + X: Enter a specific symbol, by writing the first code symbol, then press ALT + X. List of symbols and code you can see on the menu "Insert", "Symbol ..." and select Symbol tab. Example: to write the symbol Σ, type 2211 and press ALT + X. Code symbol in the form of Unicode code (Hexadecimal).
        ALT + "code symbol": Entering a specific symbol in accordance with the code symbol (decimal ANSI). Code symbols of the figures should be typed with Numeric Keypad.
